Terms of Service

To access EASim, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@eac-digital.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account or credentials with others. One person per account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

EASim offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are described on our pricing page. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise EAC Digital to charge your payment method via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can update or cancel your payment method at any time from your account settings.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as set out in our refund policy. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

All content on the EASim Platform — including simulation scenarios, feedback frameworks, instructional text, design, software, and AI-generated outputs — is owned by or licensed to EAC Digital Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal professional development. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content.

Your simulation responses and any content you submit to the Platform remain yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering our services (including generating AI feedback).

EASim uses AI (Anthropic’s Claude API) to generate personalised feedback on your simulation responses. This feedback is generated automatically and is intended for educational purposes only.

AI-generated feedback may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to every individual situation. It should not be treated as professional career advice, employment guidance, or a formal skills assessment. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

You should use your own judgement when interpreting feedback and consider it as one input among many in your professional development.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAC Digital Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Reliance on AI-generated feedback for employment, career, or business decisions
• Platform unavailability or technical failures

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will normally provide notice before termination unless the breach is severe.

On termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
